Refund policy

At JDMSpec, we value our customers and guarantee customer satisfaction. Items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days after receipt of the item. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee applied at the discretion of JDMSpec. No returns are accepted on Special Orders. Returned items must be returned in unused and unaltered condition in their original packaging. All returns must first be authorized and approved by JDMSpec and require an RMA return authorization number. Please contact JDMSpec for return instructions prior to sending items back. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be received 14 days after the RMA number is issued. Please ensure returned items are properly packaged for shipping. Refunds will not be issued on items that are damaged during return shipping to JDMSpec. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.

NOTE ON SPECIAL ORDERS

Special Order items require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. These items are not typically stocked and generally carry a 15-20 week delivery window, unless otherwise quoted.

Note on Lead Times: This estimate does not include manufacturer production time for made-to-order goods, which can range from 4–40 weeks. Once placed, special orders are final sale and non-refundable unless an error occurs on our part.
